Mr. Pie in the sky

this morning on my wok I keeped hearing CAW CAW CAW CAW!!  mommy sed Percy look up there is a big maggiepie in that tree.  isn't he preddy?

I lukked up and saw this gigantuous  Maggiepie. he wuzzed preddy all right.  he also wuzzed as big as me, Percy.  and he wuzzed screaming CAWCAWCAWCAW at me.  I wundered  why. So I gave him a bark.  thin mommy sed Percy, look out!! and that bad birdie flied at me and tried  to tack me.  I ran for my life as fast as I cud and he flied right by me.  whew.

I stopped and lukked for him. 

I spied him sidding in anudder tree so I went to ask him why he wuzzed so mad at me.

                                        but he starded to fly right at me and wuzzed still  screeming CAW CAWCAWCAWCAWCAWCAWCAWCAW. and mommy yelled out  "come on Percy lets git outta here, that maggiepie  must has a nest nearby. RUN!"  I tinked for a second that lukking for his nest would be fun, but mommy wuzzed running so fast that I decided to go with her instead! also cuzzed she telled me that he cud peck a hole in my head.  YIKES!  we runned far and fast.   Mr. Pie did not follow us home thank goodness.  I dent wunt a hole pecked into my head.  bad Mr. Pie.

I tink it has hair, lettuce and maybe a small bug shell.  my belly button is always fresh and clean.

green squeeky froggy

this is my very favorite toy.  Mommy sez it jest so happins to also be the very most  ubnoxious toy in the whole wide world.  win I bite it is says SQEEKY SQEEKY SQEEKY.  It makes Tallulah my parrot frind shreek all loud and mommy sez "oh that awful noise hurts my ears". she means my toy, not the birdie.    thin she sez "lets put it away for awhile" 

I wish she wud put Tallulah away for a while instead.

there is a doggie store in Castle Rock callt Chuck and Dons.  they had a pitcher contest and mommy made me a contestant .  the store callt mommy today and telled her that my pitcher WINNED!!!!  here it is

I tink I winned becuzzed I em grinning so nice.  and the fact that I em so gud looking too.  I winned a gift card to the store and I also winned sum money for a kitty cat sharity!  mommy gotted to pick the sharity (you dent tink I picked a kitty cat one did you?)  oh and my pitcher is also going to a America wide contest of all the store winners.  my paws are crossed.  cross yours too! and keep on grinning!

awwwww, I hope Santy Paws sees this pitcher-he will surely wunt me to join Rudeoff to help pull his slay!  You cannot rilly see my antlers tho.  maybe I look more like a cow?  hmmmmm.

i almost swimmed

we goed out in the boat today.  it wuzzed a beeutifull day so I decided I wud try  a liddle swim.  mommy taked my life vest off and in I goed.

the water was very cold and there wuzzed sum waves.  I had to high step over them.

I waded out preddy deep for me, Percy.  it was rilly only 6 inches deep, but I am only 13 inches tall.

I cided I'm not reddy to swim, at least not until the water is warmer.  my boy parts gotted cold.  I jest goed back to the beach and splored sum cool tings that the water bringed in.

and I chased a bird too

I rilly ruv this place!  there is so much to do.  and it is so pieceful and preddy too.

I will swim next time!

it is so long that sumtimes I don't know how it all fits inside my mouth.  but it usually does.

me and mommy goed on an easy wok for her today to the field by the school.  lookit at me finding something very odd in the grass.

it wuzzed a sea shell like you wud see on the beech. 

how do you figer it gotted there?  I dent know at all.  mommy sed maybe sum kid bringed it for sumptink callt show and tell and thin lost it out of his poket. I leaved it there in case sum kid comes back luuking fer it.  I wunt to go to a beach and find shells of my own!

mommy told me yesterday wud not be fun for me.  it wuzzed not fun for her eider.  she falled down

her paw is hurted.  I feeled sad for her.  I feeled sad for me too--she can not ruffhouse with me today.
                                                              I jest laid around on the couch with her.

not a very fun day

my mommy goed hiking and fishing without me today.  I feeled all lonely.  she sed Percy you canz not go, it cud be danjerus.  she sed she wuz going to a canyon and I cud slip and fall and hurt meself.  so I stayed home.

I jest kinda laid around and feeled sad.

I tried evin sitting in mommys outside chair cuzzed it smelt like her.

it sure wuz a long boring day.

I gotted in sum more trubble today...I ran into my naybors backyard cuzz I know he has a compost pile.  for those of you who don't know whut that is, it is a big pile of heaven!!  smelly stuff, rotten food and stink!  I go there evry chance I git.  lookit whut I bringed home frum there today.

a punkin top frum last Halloween time!  mommy shouted Percy drop that right now!! that is yuck!
well, I tinked back to mommy, that is xactly why I wunt to has it!  lookit the inside-it has bugs and wormies and all kinds of decay.  if its gud for a gardin, it must be gud for me, Percy!

this is my favorite noise maker.  it is also the loudest, most ubnoxious toy I have.

I ruv it so much, but nobody else does and sumtimes it gits takin away frum me for being too loud.
I luk so cute holding it &  playing with it. I call him mr. green froggie. everyone else calls it awful.

mr. metal pinch

I heared a pinching sound tonight and turned around hoping it wuz my frind frum the lake!  it wuz not.  it wuzz jest mommy playing goofy with me.  bark bark bark.

but she sed that we might be going back to the lake this weekend and we can try to find mr pinch!

whoopsie

uh oh, something came over me and I chewed up 2 pens on my brand new bed. mommy wuz not glad

she sed Percy, that could hurt you and make you very sick.  and she taked my bed away to clean it.
thin she sed she wuz so glad I wuz ok. and told me to never do it agin.  I sed I wud not, and taked a nap on my clean bed, I evin folded it over to show mommy I em going to protect it and keep it clean

I thinked about it while I falled all to sleep.

trick doggy

all my hard training work is paying off---I gitted 2 more kennel club titles frum the American Club.

I am an advanced trick dog!  I am working on making a movie to hope fully git performer trick dog title soon.  it is hard work, but I em tryink my best.

learning makes me happy!

mudder natures ice cubes

the sunnyshine commed out today and the snow went away, melted away, very fast.  I had to git outside before it wuz all gone and have sum of the remains of the big storm.  oh its so sweet!!

I has sumpting mommy callz cabin fever.  I dunt feel sick at all, but I like her treatment for the fever!
we goed to the park togedder and runned in the snowy storm!  lookit me going down my favorite hill!

snowy day

mommy wuzzzed right-it commed a big snow storm dis morning.  I wuzzed so wooriet abouot my ladybug frinds. do you member their luv nest in my cherry tree frum yesterday?  here  is my cherry tree   today...OH NO. I lukked up and called out helloooooo bug pals, are you ok? 

nobuggy answered  at all.  but mommy sed its ok Percy, they are seeking sum shelter under the bark.  so I barked!!     and thin I sed... where are they mommy?  I dont see them under  the bark. 
thin I grinned all big becuz I tink I em so funny sumtimes!

and I smirked too.  gosh I tink I shud has my own funny show.
